Not sure what we expected when we moved from a hotel to rented accomodation with furniture being provided by Fully Furnished when our own home was destroyed by flooding. Whatever we expected Fully Furnished far exceeded all expectations. Everything was good quality, spotlessly clean and delivered and set up for us in every room. Even the TV was tuned in and washing machine plumbed in by two of the most polite and helpful delivery men you could wish for. We were astounded and very grateful for easing the transition to temporary accomodation for us. The kitchen pack was all packaged, clean and even included decent quality saucepans - even a whisk and potato masher, really well thought out over essentials. Had a bit of an issue with the mattress as have damaged spine and within 48 hours Fully Furnished came and changed the mattress for a brand new Orthopaedic one. Cannot praise Fully Furnished highly enough, this company is absolutely top of the league in customer service, efficiency, couteousness, extremely good quality furnishings - they should be very proud of their achievements and a massive heartfelt thank you for making our temporary accomodation so much more cosy, comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely first class company!

We recently relocated to the area and our household goods are still enroute. After finding the right home we decided to rent furniture until our goods arrived. Fully Furnished really took care of us. It was very easy to select the furniture we needed in addition to kitchenware and household electrical appliances. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were knowledgable, helpful and incredibly polite. I would definitely recommend Fully Furnished to anyone looking to rent furniture and household goods!
