FULLY FURNISHED LTD incorporating CALLISTER RUSSELL (The Company)
FURNITURE RENTAL (Inc PROPERTY STAGING) AND SALES
1.1 - Quotations are valid for 28 days
1.2 - This Agreement / Contracts may not be assigned to a 3rd party
1.3 - Please ensure that all main services such as electricity, gas and water are connected and working prior to installation date
1.4 - The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the order without incurring any liability for any loss or damage resulting there from.
1.5 - Accounts in arrears will be subject to an additional charge of 4% over Barclays Bank lending rate surcharge
1.6 - The entire inventory must be insured against all risks by the client for the full re-instatement value
1.7 - All Rental payments made by credit card are deemed to be revolving; any ongoing rental will be charged automatically.
1.8 - Should collection take place within 7 calendar days of the latest invoice due, no further invoices shall be payable, providing the account is otherwise up to date.
1.9 - You are responsible for full reinstatement, including insurance, for any loss or damage to furnishing during the period of rental. Fair wear and tear accepted.
2.0 - The Company remains the owner of the furnishings.
2.1 - All furnishings must remain at the original delivery address. If furniture is moved you will be required to purchase the items.
2.2 - If these terms and conditions are not met, you agree to authorise Fully Furnished access to these items at any time for collection.
2.3 - The Company requires three month’s payment in cleared funds a minimum of 28 days prior to installation in order to confirm an installation date, with subsequent monthly payments being made by bank transfer.
2.4 - A deposit equivalent to one month’s rental is required in cleared funds in advance of installation. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of the final collection of the furniture subject to there being no damage.
2.5 - Property Staging Furnishings are supplied on a view only basis. If used for any other purpose, you will be required to purchase the items.
2.6 - An installation date will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
2.7 - Cancellation – Confirmed orders cancelled at any time shall forfeit their payment in advance. Deposit monies will be returned.
2.8 - During the rental period Fully Furnished shall be allowed access to the property for marketing purposes including the use of Photography
2.9 - The Option to purchase Rental Furniture and associated items is only available providing that these terms have been met in full and rental payments are up to date. All items are sold as seen. The purchase price is available on request
2.10 - This contract may be terminated by either party serving one month’s notice in writing.
FURNITURE SALES (terms supplementary to the above)
3.1 - The Company requires an initial payment of 65% of the total value (including VAT) in cleared funds at the point of order confirmation to secure an installation date. The remainder is to be paid in cleared funds at least 10 working days prior to that date.
3.2 - An installation date will only be confirmed once initial payment has been received in full.
3.3 - Cancellation - Orders cancelled at any time shall forfeit their initial payment.
3.4 - Return of goods – Should any goods delivered found to be damaged or faulty, replacement goods shall be supplied subject to us being informed of the faults within 14 days of installation.

1.12 - The Company requires two month’s rental payment plus delivery and cleaning charges in cleared funds before an installation date can be confirmed.
1.13 - A deposit equivalent to one month’s rental is required in cleared funds in advance of installation. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of the final collection of the furniture subject to there being no damage.
1.14 - This contract may be terminated by either party serving TWO month’s notice in writing.
1.15 - Cancellation – Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed day of delivery will incur a £250 + VAT charge that will be deducted from any advanced payments
