Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do?

We provide an emergency rental service typically delivering within 72 hours and supplying white goods, audio visuals and houswares.  We provide full installation and will even tune in TV's and make the beds!

After unwrapping and removing all packaging, the property is left in a ready to occupy condition.

Where do you deliver to?

UK Mainland and Isle of White / Northern Ireland by negotiation

When can you deliver?

Within 24 hours (premium charged), although 72 hours is the norm.

How much does it cost?

A 1 bedroom property can cost as little as £250pcm but it all depends on the exact inventory.

Is all the furniture new?

Largely yes.  But not always.

Our quality controllers ensure that all inventory items are new or as new.  This ensures function, hygiene and reliability.

Who pays?

Normally we are instructed on behalf of insurance companies following a claim from the policy holder.

The insurers normally pay us via a loss adjuster who will have assessed the validty of the claim and the policy holders needs.

How can I end my agreement?

We would appreciate as much notice as possible in order for us to plan logistics and ensure that we can meet your preferred collection date.

In line with most tenancy agreements we require 2 months notice to terminate your rental as less than 2 months notice can result in a surcharge being applied if the collect can't be timed to coincide with the tenancy termination.

Who is responsible for damage to inventory?

The poilcy holder is responsible for all damages to inventory.

Tenants existing insurance policy should be adequate to cover the new property and contents but they should check.

This can also be mitigated with Tenants Insurance which is available through our Customer Services Team - 0845 450 3895.  We try not to hold deposits but in the event of no cover being in place, a deposit may be required.

Can I buy the furnishings?

Not necessarily.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
